There are many many different methods and strategies on search engine optimisation. There are a lot of cowboys and unscrupulous people out there.

This is a test to see if by linking to a page with two different keyword strings in that Google will pick up both and return the linked to page for the following two keywords. My bet is that when you search Google for both this abcdefg12345678randomstring keyword and this keyword 12345678abcdefgrandomstring both will come up in a search result.
