Diversify your links - use different anchor text
Linking must appear natural. Whilst using your targeted keyword in your anchor text is advisable, if 99% of all your links have the same anchor text it is quite obvious that this didn't happen naturally.
Create a Keyword table spreadsheet with different colums for various different combinations and itterations of your keyword.
Select 3 different phrases with your keyword in, 3 different descriptions, titls and sentences. Use these in a random sequence where appropriate throughout you link building process. This will make linking look much more natural.
